  Clean, trendy, excellent service. Food a bit bland, little salad to be had. Great pool and excellent location

  Radisson reputation is being ruined by its personnel. Reliability means a lot in your business, especially for corporate clients. How can you afford your employees to steal personal belongings??? NO TRUST!

  The hotel is centrally located in the modern Gueliz area so you’re close to modern amenities. This also means having to use the taxi service frequently as it’s about a 10 minutes drive to the Medina. The room was quite comfortable come comfortable and well serviced.

  Other than breakfast, everything else sucked big time at this hotel. We were charged more than the going rate of a "double room". I came here with my wife and daughter, we were given the smallest room available with a sink sitting literally over our heads. there was a foul smell in the hallways that wouldn't go away. Other than that, we asked for an extra bed for the little one, that took more than 3 calls and reminders and 2 days to arrive. Bad experience. In a city full of amazing hotels that are far cheaper and offer more value.

  Very dirty rooms We changed our rooms twice and each one was just as bad as the other one! Shower too small and so is the toilet. Very hard to use Parking is a nightmare The elevators are crazy, you’ll spend 10 minutes just to get in or out It’s frustrating! Way too much noise day and night Water leaking everywhere from both the shower and the sink and there is nothing they can do about!! It’s the stupid design, so get ready to watch your steps while walking on wet floor, I won’t be surprised if they got sued for slip and fall Customer service here is beyond horrible! No hot water, took shower in cold water When complained they catch attitude. I got to the breakfast buffet 10 minutes before it ended, the girl tells me you have 5 minutes to eat please hurry up 😳 Yes drill sergeant By the time they made my omelette and I grabbed some hummus they took the bread away, I asked the girl for some bread, she goes let me see if I can get one for you😖 Are you serious what am I suppose to eat humus and eggs with She came back with a small piece of dry bread Imagine this: while standing in line at the front desk I looked away for a second, the girl whistle at me then without saying anything she finger gesture come here!! 🤔 how about some respect, I was surprised but I let go and said good morning, guess what her response was, “ what can I do for you” dry as hell. All I can think about is the soup Nazi.
