  Gorgeous at night and in the day. Very beautiful rooms. Amazing views and amenities The hotel consistently lends to feelings of grandeur. The service is a little slow, but that’s everything in Marrakech.

  Usually i dont like to write a review about any place i have visited but i decided this time to give a 5 stars not to the hotel but to a member of the hotel that reflect how professional this establishment is by hiring professionals staff i would like to mention a lday working in reservation departement and would like to thank her for her help her name was salome i think sorry am not good with arabic name but she has a black hair thank you salome for making our stay unforgettable we are coming back definitely.

  Excellent hotel - our stay was amazing! The highlights were the vast choices for breakfast, the beautiful gardens surrounding the pools and the signature smell in the lobby and the rooms. The staff were very friendly and there was always someone around to help, guide or organize. Unfortunately two of our days here were quite cold (5 to 10 degrees) and there wasn’t any heating in the hallways, so on our way from the room to the restaurant we were freezing. This is the only criticism I have.

  Great hotel in Marrakech with excellent staff. The location is perfect and the rooms are very comfortable.
