  Impossible to find where they are. They are telling they are in avenue des Far but the fact is that they are in borgogne and the lady in the phone have to call another person to help us found the place to finally not answer the call anymore! So be aware and go somewhere else

  Ambiance déplorable, mépris ostentatoire des employés à l'égard des clientes. Personne ne vous accueille à l'entrée , ni ne vous dit bonjour, même si êtes vous une cliente hqbituelle. Inadmissible ! Prix exorbitants et vraiment immérités . Salon à éviter.

  À éviter ! Ni Frédéric le coiffeur (pas rassurant, pas à l'écoute et ultra cher pour rien) ni Amine le soit disant coloriste ne sont bons. Résultat nul pour un prix ultra élevé. NUL.

  As always, made an appointment. Was greeted by an English speaking stylist, explained what I wanted to her. She said she doesn't use clippers, I said "as long as the result is the same, I don't mind." Then I was handed over to a stylist who didn't understand any English. Well, I presumed she told him what I asked. He showed me pictures of similar styles, we selected 1. The result - see the picture. I had tears in my eyes. They did have stylist who spoke English. Unfortunately both left within a year. I wonder why...

  Been open for a couple of years now and the majority of the stylists have been trained abroad and/or worked with international brands. A lot cheaper than going to European branches of the same chain. Very courteous service by hosts and stylists. Make sure to reserve an appointment by phone, as it does get quite busy. Always good to tip the staff who wash your hair and the old lady who cleans the place. Tend to have my hair cut here whenever I'm in Casa.
