  Ok infrastructure, WORST service ever at this hotel. Doorman doesn't open the door for you when you have a lot of baggage with you. The restaurant makes you carry your own tray up to your room when asked for room service. After ordering medium rare steak for room service, I had to wait at the bar for forty five minutes amd the waiter had the gall to demand a tip for making me carry my own tray. Medium rare came out medium and the waiter adamantly insist that it is medium when i tell him medium rare isn't medium. All the menu are in French and Arabic, and nowhere in the hotel is any English print available. How can a chain hotel in a capital city have such bad staff. I've had way better service in a small village in Sahara run by berber family.

  It's fine as they go, from a world traveler point of view. Modern, not large rooms but adequate. No gym pool or anything if that kind. A bar but if you don't like smoking you'll not like it for that reason. Smoking is allowed. Though there is a separate dining area. Staff spoke English well. I appreciated that. A little walk from the main Street where the shops are, maybe 15 minutes. I felt safe walking there in the beaten track. Left out of the reception and then a right at the main junction at the end of that road towards the mosque. You'll Google it I'm sure. Look for KFC and McDonald's on the map and that's the main Street 😊. Cheers and good luck.

  Excellent interior decor.I really had a nice time.Costumer service is impressive.Location is also very ideal.Close to the Gare Rabat Agdal(Train Station).A well deserved 4star!
