  Great hotel facility with crappy staff. Front desk staff unable to solve bad noise problems in the rooms of some of our group, so bad it prevented sleeping. They were unable to provide coin change for bills so we would have coins for toilets as we toured (90% require payment to an attendant to enter and many require payment for the toilet tissue. Not expensive, but ubiquitous). The only reason I didn't give 2 stars is because the food and buffets are top notch.

  The hotel was superb. Breakfast excellent and the WIFI is so fast

  Nice hotel and always busy near the central souq one disadvantage was the workers keep talking and making noise in central garden

  Hotel was amazingly beautiful, various selections provided for breakfast. However, as for staff/ employees that were on duty, it is recommended to put a 'smile' when you are at work. I noticed several staff had portray unpleasant appearance when dealing with guests (during breakfast). Front desk staff were amazing as well as the meet & greet team.
