  Un établissement public dont les fonctionnaires sont toujours en réunions. Mais la réalité et qu'il y a ni réunions ni personne.

  The right to access health care is a basic human right. Mr minister have some dignity and go visit thoses cemeteries you call hospitals. Just check hospital Hassan 2 in agadir where the death rate is out of control.
