  The lowest quality of service I've ever experienced, my package got blocked because they claim they couldn't understand the use of it and I have to travel 4 to 5 hours to fill an application to explain the use of my item, like I CANNOT fill the application on the Internet or print it and sign it and scan it and send it via Email, I tried to call them to offer this solution but I get NO answer, I've been calling for days during hour works. This service needs to be CHANGED for good it's not the Era for messenging using Birds ... .
