::Apparently they are allergic to money. I have an issue with my BMW, little too much oil. I called and they categorically denied they can help because they are not a BMW dealer and can only do repairs on their vehicles. I said three different times, it is not a repair, just the removal of a little bit of oil. This was apparently too much for them. I asked to speak to the manager and was connected. It rang and rang and rang and then I was told the manager was not in the office. So why did you connect me?!? Useless. I feel badly for Audi/VW owners.
