::Avergae customer service. Staff have little knowledge of the items they are selling. Unfortunately there are only two or three such shops in Casablanca where you can buy electrical items from and although. Total revamp of their sales techniques and customer service skills is urgently required. After sales care takes forever to organise and sort out! Prices can be negotiated on big ticket items, which is a plus.
