  I wouldn't even give this store 1 but it wouldn't allow me to post unless I do. The manager of the store is extremely rude every time I go into the store. He is arrogant, rude, and extremely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this store. Whoever is the owner of the store must give this man training in being respectful to paying customers and showing DILIGENCE before trying to sell the higher priced and incorrect medication. He has just tried to over charge me for something (again) that I know I have bought cheaper in another pharmacy in Gueliz. When I ask for something for an eye infection, he laughs and says "you don't have an eye infection, just allergy" without even finding out ANY information. He continues to try to sell a different product than what I'd asked for on his mis-diagnosis that happens to be more expensive than the product I need. When I question the price and what he is trying to sell me, he is condescending saying I don't know what I am talking about. Then starts to laugh in Arabic with another male customer even though I am standing there and can hear AND understand. When I leave the store, they continue to laugh at which point I return to say how rude he is being but he continues to laugh at me saying, "you're welcome". Very unprofessional customer service and poor pharmaceutical service.
