::After just over a week in Morocco, we were looking for something other than tajine to eat for dinner. We found Pasta Baladin in the Lonely Planet as a recommendation so we decided to give it a try. Like most places in Morocco, the service wasn't the greatest but the pasta was very tasty and they don't cheap out on the portion. Also well priced.

::AMAZING! I would've given 6 stars if possible, for us the best place to eat in whole Essaouira. The place is run by women only and having been to Italy, I can easily say this was some of the best pasta I ever had! On top, you can get all the dishes gluten free. If in Essaouira, please go there and support this wonderful pasta restaurant!

::Hip little place with great pasta & good service. Fun to see someone doing up a restaurant in Morocco with a modern design esthetic. Lots of thoughtful details from the spiral plate the bread & olives are served on, to fresh roses. I really enjoyed lunch here.
