::Looks nice from outside and at first sight. However, bathrooms were very dirty, poor and uncleaned. Blood on toilet, filthy taps, some sheets with stains and we have seen cockroaches. Still, bathrooms were cleaned when we asked for it and it is a good hotel if you have low expectations.

::Decadent Hotel with nice decoration but poor cleanseness. It looks like a museum and smells bad. WiFi dont work, they dont change the sheets and even dont clean the floor. Terrible! Not recommended at all!

::I've been to other Riads in Marrakesh and been slightly disappointed but this time i was very impressed. The interior design was brilliant and clean but the best part were the staff. Nouradine was excellent this guy was so helpful, attentive and above all made us feel super welcome. customer service like this makes me want to tell everybody to go to Riad Alegria and I will. Thank you riad Alegria
