  The rooms are smaller than I expected, but Comfortable. The services were top notch when I visited, WiFi was stable, and the food was very good. There's no swimming pool, no Bathtub in the rooms (just showers), no spa or massaging facilities.

  Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is great,location is perfect for access to port area and good dining nearby.

  Very nice hotel, friendly staff. We organized a meeting here for 30 participants, everything went smoothly. The IT staff is very friendly, and reliable. The quality of the food is great. Cofee breaks were well organized. The location is perfect, the famous market is just 5 minutes walking distance. The gym is just a small room, it is not the right place for you to do workouts, they have a very limited number of machines.

  Bad experience. Requested non-smoking room and even the rooms marked non-smoking were smoked in. Asthma made it hard to sleep. Also very dirty. I dropped an earring and my husband got the flashlight to look under the bed and sofa. There was so much dirt and debris that we couldn't see if it was there or not. I left it there not wanting to reach under to feel for it. I would not stay there again.

  Good things: -room was clean (except for the surprise under the blanket, read below) -convenient location -good amenities -some parts of the hotel are very pretty, but very few. -rooms are tidy enough -customer service is very kind and available -welcome sweets in the room -plugs near the bed -decent Internet, above average. Negative things: -found hair and dirt in my bed, someone slept in it and the hotel failed to change the linens and pillowcases. -smoking in the bar is allowed, I had to inhale so much smoke just to have a beer with my friends. -outdated rooms -dirt under the bed Overall, it's not so so bad. But I wouldn't spend more than a day here unless I really needed to.
