  Great location, in the heart of Casablanca. The highest standard hotel! Amazing service, spacious rooms, rich and varied food. Amazing view from the room. Bar on the 28th floor of the hotel with a view of Casablanca! perfect. It is highly recommended

  I stayed here for a night in April. My Royal Air Maroc flight was canceled; me & the other passengers were put up at this hotel for the night. We reached the hotel at around 2 am. The reception staff did their best to check us all in ASAP. I was given a single room, the room was big & spacious. The toilet too was big, it had both a shower area as well as a bath tub. The restaurants had decent spread. All in all, it was a pleasant stay during a not so pleasant day.

  I love the Decor I love how the rooms Are very spacious the food was good I love the gym the space is very nice and I like their facilities It is definitely one of the nicest hotelsI have been Casabancla

  Terrible service. We checked in and no one showed us to our room. When we got to our room there was no electricity, later a technician was sent up to switch on the power from the master board. We had been given a room on a floor that is barely used, the lifts were also partially locked and we couldn’t access the floor on two occasions. When we asked for a change of room the reception staff refused. However, Room was spacious and clean. We booked manicures and pedicures at the spa but there were absolutely no facilities for those services. Staff were rude too.

  We are able to stay here due to the tour company book here for us. It has an interesting elevator that you need to enter the room number outside of the elevator. The elevator will then point you which elevator to use. We stay in the 5th floor and eat at the 27th floor. The view is amazing at 27th floor. The bathroom is huge and the comfort is really soft and warm in a good way that I hope I can stay there longer. The room humanity and temperature are both comfortable. Lobby is not big and look modern. I will consider to stay here again.
