  Neat and clean with very helpful staff who offered snacks even in Ramadhan for a diabetic patient like me without hesitation. Extremely convenient to train passengers due to the location being near to train station. Most of Ibis hotels in Morocco are located near train station. Food quality is fairly good. Reception Staff well informed about the specialities of their town, places to visit, economical mode of transport etc.

  It is hit or miss with the rooms, sometimes you get a room that is clean and sometimes you don't. Same with the bathrooms, sometimes you are lucky to get a clean and functioning bathroom and sometimes you get a broken one. I would avoid the breakfast at all costs, it is stale and cold even at 8:30-9am! It seems they use left overs from the day before or even longer. It is better to head into the Medina and buy fresh Mafrouk, Chringle and go to a cafe for Coffee or Tea. The only reason my family and I stay here is because our flight arrives at 1am in Oujda airport and we need somewhere to sleep and shower before heading to family house in the morning. Otherwise we would avoid it if our flight arrived earlier like 9pm.
