  Wonderful Hotel, Friendly staff! very safe area to walk around during the night to go to restaurants and/or lounges. The spa is amazing to. And it has a 24 hr Deli/bakery you can indulge in any time of the day.

  Fantastic choices of buffet breakfast. Very helpful and accomodating staff.. very large rooms and close to airport and Menara mall..we are the very noisy asian people and one more you serve a very very nice cup a tea

  The Hivernage Hotel & Spa strongest asset is its location - in the district of Hivernage a leafy upscale neighborhood close to clubs, attractions and the city centre. It also does a good job combining Western style with Moroccan tradition although it is somewhat soulless and lacks character. It is most definitely not a five star hotel, but a four star hotel. The lobby is dark and cold, although the restaurant facilities (including the dinning room and swimming pool) are spacious and airy. The 80 rooms are large and well appointed, combining Western modern features with Moroccan style. While it features a well fitted gym, a small spa, a rooftop bar, an outside swimming pool and comfortable rooms it lacks the attention to detail and quality of facilities better hotels deliver (such as the The Pearl next door). The only issue with the location worth mentioning is that being across the street from three clubs, from some rooms you can hear the music playing in the background until late. I stayed in the fourth floor in a room overlooking the swimming pool and could hear the music until 1am coming from the rooftop bar. The service and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and do their best to accommodate requests. Their attention to cleanliness has to be highlighted. Upon arrival and check-in the hotel will take a 3,000 MAD deposit from your card which is returned / credited at the end of the stay. Something to consider for some travellers. The Hivernage Hotel & Spa has room for improvement before it can claim it is a luxury five star hotel. With that said it is good value (considering the rate per day) for those looking for a comfortable and easy stay in Marrrakesh.

  A pleasure stay at this luxury Hotel. Near some good Restaurants and clubs. 10 minutes walking to Medina. Clean, good and confortables rooms. Good Breakfast and Room Service. Friendly staff. Thank you for all.

  Beautiful hotel. Relaxing, friendly, very clean and in a fantastic location. First time in Marrakesh and will bringing our kids next time and will be returning to this hotel. Beautiful decor too. Modern but traditional. I speak awful French but the staff tried their very best to help and nothing was too much to ask of them. Fantastic. Can't wait to visit again!
